WINDOWS. Service in Stopping status

When have a service in Stopping status and we can't start/stop/restart the service, one possible solution coult be this steps.

[ ] In this case the service in stopping is "Instalador de busquedas de Microsoft Exchange"

[ ] We need known the short name and his PID number

sc queryex [shortname]

 [ ] With the PID number we have to kill the proces in CPU

"taskktill /f /pid 9999"
