Command: Get-ADReplicationPartnerMetadata -Target * -Partition * | Select-Object Server,Partition,Partner,ConsecutiveReplicationFailures,LastReplicationSuccess,LastRepicationResult | Out-GridView

Command: repadmin /showrepl * /csv | ConvertFrom-Csv | Out-GridView

Repadmin /syncall -> Synchronizes a specified domain controller with all of its replication partners.
